Millet Spaghetti - Red Sauce
Ingredients–
- ¾ th Cup – Millet spaghetti, boiled till al dente’ and cooled
- 01 Cup – Tomato puree
- 02 Tbsp – Tomato Ketchup
- 4-5 cloves – Garlic – peeled and chopped
- 8-10 – Fresh Basil Leaves or ½ tsp dried basil leaves
- 2tsp – Olive oil
- Sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and salt to taste.
Method –
- Take a nonstick pan, heat and add 01 tsp of olive oil. Add chopped garlic and stir for a few seconds.
- Add the tomato puree to the pan. Let it cook for a while until it exudes oil and there is no runny liquid. Add the tomato ketchup, mix well.
- Add basil, check salt to taste.
- Add the cooked spaghetti and stir briefly.
Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese for a delicious, and wholesome meal.
