Millet Roti / Paratha

Ingredients

  • millet flour - 1 cup
  • psyllium husk - 1 spoon
  • water - 2 cups
  • oil - 1 spoon
  • salt

Preparation Method

 

  1. Boil the water and then add flour and psyllium husk.
  2. Mix well with spoon.
  3. Switch off the gas and cover the dough and let it rest for 10/15 minutes.
  4. Once it is warm enough to handle knead it very well.
  5. Use oil for kneading.
  6. Now dough is ready to make roti or paratha.
