Ingredients
- millet flour - 1 cup
- psyllium husk - 1 spoon
- water - 2 cups
- oil - 1 spoon
- salt
Preparation Method
- Boil the water and then add flour and psyllium husk.
- Mix well with spoon.
- Switch off the gas and cover the dough and let it rest for 10/15 minutes.
- Once it is warm enough to handle knead it very well.
- Use oil for kneading.
- Now dough is ready to make roti or paratha.
